"sometimes i can make castles. i can even break down montains. i can make people blind,or help others to see. what am i ?'

something people use when they dont want to be seen, can be a tool for theifs, can be used as a sign for joy or just for fun. what am i?

one minute i can be small as a ant. the other second big as a montain. i will dance to the music , even when i cant hear the music, i might be slow but you cant run away from me . what am i ?
